Does anyone know if this is a good supplement and how does it compare to CEE ?

XXL Matrix

Per 50 gram serving:
K Calories 140
Carbohydrate 35 grams
Creatine Monohydrate 5000 mg
L-Glutamine 5000 mg
Taurine 1000 mg
Tri-Methyl-Glycine (Betaine) 500 mg
Magnesium 100 mg
Chromium 200 ug
Bioperine 5 mg

As you know this product only contains Creatine Monohydrate not CEE but has the added bonus of the Glutamine per serving.

Personally I would go for the XXL matrix over basic CEE due to the extra ingredients that are in there. I think its a cheaper way to get both creatine and glutamine into your diet.

CEE seems pretty cheap from this source. Has anyone tried this brand and if not would you trust it ?

That is not one of the big, known brands but then thats probably why its cheaper. Its not to say it isn't as good, but I haven't tried it so wouldn't be able to comment, sorry...

Mr muscle swears by it, he uses it all the time but I swear by Celltech but thats more expensive.
