I have tryed to eat right and do the right workouts, but have failed, so I must not be doing anything right.

what are some good whole body workouts? I plan on working out 3 times a week, and eating around 2000 calories everyday. It is hard for me to eat 6 meals a day because of my lifestyle. I want to know..... how can I get my six meals a day in and consume enough proteins, calories, and fats when I go to school.

I dont eat breakfast regularily, so what are some ways I can get my meals in and get enough nutrients that my body needs to build muscle

well eat before school
eat a meal between classes/in classes
eat a meal at lunch
eat a meal when you get home from school
eat your pre workout meal
eat your during workout meal
eat your postworkout meal
eat a meal around 6-7 ish
eat before you go to bed

there your 6-8 meals

if your working out 3 times a day you might want to break down your workout to more specific workouts

What are your goals to get out of lifting if i knew them it woul be easier to help

You have to eat breakfast, that makes you into a fat burning machine instead of a calorie storing machine.
I would stick with basic compound movements in the 8-12 rep range.
Monday - Upper body.
Wednesday - Lower body.
Friday - Upper body.
Then next week train lower body twice a week and upper body once a week.
Just an idea. What are you doing right now?
What are your goals, bulk up or cut up?

This is very true. 500 calories over what it takes you to maintain.
