Secret email addresses and the like...

I want to get one of those secret encrypted email addresses. Hush Mail etc.

Can I get them if I'm running a Mac? Any ideas? Had a quick go at Hushmail - it said I had to download Java, then Safari shutdown on me. I'll have another go, but does anyone have any ideas? Cheers...
