It was yesterday I believe. He said he was going to txt me to let us know how he got on, but he hasn't as yet.

Has anyone else heard how he placed?

I just had a txt through from BigDaddy saying he placed third!

He said the standard was very high and he is well chuffed :)

Hey Hey, BigDaddy's back.

Placed 3rd, went down there wanting and expecting to get 1st but i didn't know who was going to be there. The guy that came first was excellant, great physique, same for the guy that came second. It was a really tuff line up all round, i think the was 8or9 in it. All the guys where looking excellant. So i am more than pleased to had takin a trophy home, nice bronze man.

Thats 3 shows and 3 top 3 placing in the 3 shows in 1 year so its not bad :whistle:
Resting time now. I have not eating one healthy thing since the show. In work today i haven't prepared any food or nothing, have a few protein bars, mars bars and double deakers in my pocket to keep me going :lol:
Will weigh myself tonight to see how much i have put on, the day before the show i weighed myself only wearing briefs and i was 13st4lbs the lightest i ever have been. Really noticed my face filling back out when i looked in the mirror this morning. Awell.

Getting my photos on cd today so i shopuld be able to get them up tomorrow.
