my stats eh...well i know i can bench about 170 n thats the about what i know...im sure i do have high bf...i know i need to loose wieght but i find it hard...i try to do sit-ups and crunches but i cant do many.

i dont know about u lads but (ull know what i mean by my pic) there are days when i look in the mirror and i think 'u r soo puny' n it really gets me down..but others days wen i look in the mirror i think 'o yes biggie is in da house!' n but i look again n its back me to thinkin im puny again.My fiancee keeps tellin me i have a great bod n that im big n strong but im never convinced.
