Just wondered if anyone has used those "Bicep Blaster" things - you know, the harness type contraction that is supposed to lock your elbows into position so that you get maximum benefit from Barbell Curls?
I find my elbows seem to come forward naturally as I rise which must take some of the benefit from the excercise. I've tried standing with my back against a wall but still no real help.
Opinions please?
