Soon to start first Bulking cycle (Dbol/Test Enan/Nolva) but need some advice on suggested routines.
I currently train one bodypart per day five days pw with weekends off. 3 sets of 8 reps per exercise.
Whilst on the bulking cycle should I change to am/pm splits so I'm training each bodypart at least twice per week? I ask this as I believe the Test Enan gives much faster recovery time.
And should I drop some of the isolation movements and increase the basic compound and mass building from 3 sets to 5 sets (i.e. deadlifts, squats, flat bench press)?
