While reading this, keep in mind I am only 5'8, 160. :p

Meal 1: 10 egg whites, 1c of shredded wheat or oats, whey shake in water, 4tbsp. Olive oil multivitamin


Meal 2: preworkout: oats/shredded wheat, 2 scoops whey in water



Meal 3: pwo- 2 scoops whey in water, 3 cups of grape juice, multivitamin, other vitamins



Meal 4: 1 hour after pwo- shredded wheat/oats, 10oz. chicken, 4 cups mixed veggies


Meal 5: 10oz. Red meat, 4 tbsp. of natty pb, 2 tbsp. Of olive oil


Meal 6: 2 tuna sandwiches on ww bread, or a salmon burger, or a normal hamburger on a ww bun


Meal 7: 2 cans of tuna with 3 tbsp. Of olive oil


Meal 8: before bed: 2 scoops whey in water, 2tbsp. of olive oil

That's actually a good diet.

Swap out the whey before bed for something slower acting, such as casein protein (if you want a shake), or cottage cheese (if you want real food).

mate that diet is ok... u should see mine and Bigs honest diest not the ones we say we stick 2! :D it'd make u feel like u were a saint...

oi big cant see any KFC, chinese buffet, ice cream ,coke, bacon, fried foods or any other cack we both eat lol!

if anyone wondered yes me and big are a couple and live together..he only recieves tho ;) xxx

Okay, I'll swap that last meal with some 1% cottage cheese. ;)

MOP imo you have 1 too many shakes in there, replace them with real food, chicken, steak etc. i.e in your pre-workout meal maybe.


A normal burger :down: ??? What does one of those look like.

As Big says, something slower acting like cottage cheese, or even if ya like just replace your water in your shake for milk, this will slow it down.

I would have 5 whole eggs instead o 10 egg whites...you need the yolks fats to digest the whites......
