Hi all I am a 47yr old who used to train heavy from the age of 27 to 37 then due to various reasons havent trained for 10 years, but I am going back in to the gym in about 4 weeks, I used to train more for strength & power, anyone got any suggestions on a good routine for someone going back in to the gym after a long lay off? I will be training 3 days a week and loved squatting and deadlifting especially.
