You will notice a new icon appearing at the bottom left of every post.
It will look like this: http://hardgainer.co.uk/images/buttons/reputation.gif
You will be able to click it and leave positive or negative feedback for the person who made the post.
Over time this will build up increasing reputation on the forum! There is a rule behind the system that doesn't allow you to keep giving feedback to the same person over and over, and there are other backgrounds rules that I wont bore you with...
