Im a total beginner at the weight lifting game and i have noticed when i lift that my form/stance seem to let me down, Am i lifting to heavy oo is it something else? help:confused:

more likley m8....just go to a weight were ur conftible with and get the technic right...:goodluck:

if your unsure about the correct movement on what exercise ur gonna do go on you tube type what eva exercise u want and im sure it will give ua video of the wrong and correct way...or ask a member of the gym to show u ...all the best.
