A good show packed out with standing room only on the night.

Well run and loads of good competitors.

Big Steve has improved loads and put up a good show against a season Pro- Alex Georgiev.

I think Paul Scarborough has done an excellent job ib helping Steve since the Britain and it showed today!

Not sure where big.bad.dav placed but another good bodybuilder that has plenty of potential.

Agree XL was a good show Steve was tighter than Alex and beat him on a couple of poses Well done Steve mate much improved and Paul nice to have finally met good honest guy and great job you have done with Steve i know steve has done the hard work but credit where it is due much improved mate. Have a good rest now Steve. Lance you done well mate hope you enjoyed it.

hi guys ...what a day its been....as you all know this is my 1st comp and was in it 4 the experiance to c what its all bout....now i know...and will gracfully take my hat off to any 1 who dose it ...its hard crafting 24/7 trying to fight the demands away,i.e ...the sugar demands...but in the end you,ll know what its all about....fcking buzzing....loved evry moe of it...and more than deffo will do another show and come in in better condition...i now have what all you competitors have out there the.... BUG....there was 7 conpetitors in my class and to me i thought i was not going to make the top 5...but i got anounced 2nd place well chuffed with that...a few ppl came up to me and said i got robed ...buts lets face it the best man won...so i am now stuffing my face on lovely ice cream and is now off to bed with a smile;-)and cant wait to wake uo in the morning to have a supper large bowl of cerial...:beer: steve well done out there mate ...you were bang on ...and looking good 4 it to...good night ladz....dave it was nice speaking to you today mate ...thanks..yu a top bloke.
