Good question/post.... for my future off seaso i iwll be training every other day...and this will include all types of training.. one week will be heavy basic.. the following week giant sets.. the foloowing week drop sets..

then i will take a WEEKS rest then rotate again... my aim is to try and keep Food clean 5 days a week... then eat what ever in front of me weekends.. and still include cardio 3 times a week...

thats my Future Plan..

I train 3 days a week and usually rotate training between 4 weeks of 5x5, 4 weeks of straight sets, 4 weeks of triple drops, then back to straight sets again.

Usually do the straight sets with less intensity when my partner is off gear. This way we can consolidate his gains without overtraining.

I Train 2days on 1 day off 2days on 2days off . I have altered my training now where i just used to train heavy all the time ,after talking to steve i train heavy 1 week ,pre exhaust with triple drops next, then giant sets, then compound exercises the next then start all over again.Reason for this is to keep your body guessing. I am going to start a journal soon just got a few things to sort out. This will include my diet daily training and gear courses.
