yeah had alot of people saying that i should have placed but that was my first of many..:)

i did a different approach to the britain many thanks to paul scarb's ...(who will also be preping me for the UKBFF in sept)..

with the welsh i had food poisining the week brefore the show ,, and then when carbing up i spilled way over... didnt like the way ilooked at all.. but we learn from times like that.....

taking a well deserved hol for a week then back to the drawing board for the port talbot...will keep you posted

Welcome Steve. Saw you at the Wales, but didn't go to the Britain.
Paul knows his onions when it comes to contest prep, so your in good hands there Mate.
Hoping to watch the pre judging vid tomorrow after I have wrote it to my hard drive. I have the original disc here but the bastard thing won't play in my DVD.
