Well pleased, last night I got 2 (just two) full parallel bar dips with a 20kg plate, dumped the plate and did 7 with bodyweight
whole upper body is sore as hell today, but I have finally broke the 20kg barrier!
I'll get 5 with that pig iron plate next time ;)
