Paul Scarb has won his class (class 4) today at NABBA West Area Show in Exeter

Was a great show this year with the standard of the classes being really good with good numbers in most of the classes!

Paul beat the chap that had won the Portsmouth show,it was close size wise, but in my eyes Paul was a lot dryer & sharper.....well done bud

Had 6 in my class this year which was really nice,i came 4th,would have liked 3rd but hey ho lol,lots of people said ive made lots of improvements so pleased :D

Also loved the Black Extreme T.Shirts,gonna have to get me one of them ;)

Same Class then me old butty. Yes things seem to be back on track thanks had to drop carbs right down and slam the cardio in to make up for lost time .
So if everything goes to plan mate i should be doing the wales on the 17th . ;)

Nice one shakey you done well as you know not many people will see the diet through to the end. Bet you had a good time on stage.

No probs i will keep you informed how its going.

I always look at it this way what will be will be ,as long as we have improved from the last time thats all we can do .Ill never be the biggest guy on the stage but as long as im happy with my condition its out of our hands.

Hello Dale,thanks mate...yeah was pleased with my condition this time,so i didnt really mind not placing higher as the standard was good:)
Im not sure what to do ie show wise?? but do fancy staying in this sort of condition for a bit & then maybe do another comp!!

There is a show in halesowen in 2 weeks time on sunday i think its an Epf show .Not sure if it is a european qualifier .
If your still in condition shakey it is supposed to be a good show.
