Hi all

I'm new to the forum so just making myself known really :)

I've read so much about trying to gain muscle that a lot of it has left me quite confused as there seem to be unlimited contradictions so I will probably be asking a lot of questions.

Could use moral support as well as I never seem to be able to keep up a routine for longer than 2 weeks! It's not the gym but all the eating! I really like going to the gym it's just the preparing all the food (too lazy) and trying to get it all down (tiny appetite) I'm really gonna try stick to it this time as I am fed up of being the skinny guy :confused: wish me luck

Eating, Training and rests is the way forward, Eating is the main one as if you do not consume enough protein and carbs you will never grow no matter how hard you train.
Ask all the questions you want mate as there are plenty of competitive BB'ers on here that can answer you.
