We all started somewhere and in my time computers where just becoming a source of information.

Most of my training was learnt by going to the gym and being lucky enough to hook up with some serious trainers and i learnt a lot from these guys.

Today you can read a lot more and hopefuly learn something along the way from forums like this and from searching the net.

Found this and it may help all beginners to achieve there goals!

Not sure I agree with 3-4 sets beyond failure with forced reps. I think it would take all but the most genetically advanced trainees 2-3 weeks just for their CNS to recover from something like that.

Just IMO.
