made last night really nice,

1.5 cup oats
1 cup peanut butter (organic 97% peanut butter)
8 tablespoon honey
6 scoops chocolate whey (each scoop about 22g protein - low carbs whey!)

mix honey and peanut butter and micro for 80 seconds

add the whey and the oats mix in well, pour into baking tray and leave settle for 10 min , place in foil and put in freezer for 1 hour - and their done

keep in fridge in foil

split into 6 sections
