Gold in Belgium / GPC world powerlifting championships

Just wanted to let all the guys on the forum know, just got back from the worlds in Belgium. Won my class with 330 200 310... The conditions not ideal for a world championships. Great battle over 18 countries competing, had a big class and realy enjoyed.

Cheers guys, DB has been a massive help leading up to the British and the worlds for me. I cant thank that guy enough to be honest!!!! Great lifters like Andy Bolton, for example have always got realy awesome guys helping them. Andy is helped by Brian Batcheldor and continues to improve...
I cant praise Dougie Black up enough for helping me and I just want to improve, stay injury free and keep competing!!!!
