Using your own bodyweight to stress the muscles will get you growing to some extent, but your not going to put on lots of bulk if your not lifting weights.
You can't really adjust your diet or drop down on your cardio as you will loose fitness and gain bodyfat which you don't want.
Your going to have to hit the weights. Most people go for growth in the off season and maintenance during the season so your not affecting your recovery during the games.
You may aswell wait the 5 weeks and then hit the weights to start growing.

Use the next 5 weeks to read up on everything you can (from trustworthy sources) about lifting, diet and supplementation. You could also find some bigass rocks, pile a couple trash cans up and do "atlas stones" or get a big tire, a board and fill it with cement and make a sled (both for GPP). Just try and be creative.

I like that. In the old days they had to be creative like that.
You can do pushups, pullups and sprints. Just eat more.
Remember, if you take in more calories than you burn you will gain weight.
Resistance training is were it is at! ;)
