As the topic suggests, im looking to lose BF and tone/strengthen up, all while retaining current muscle mass. To this end, is the aforementioned supplement a worthwhile purchase? If not, what would you recommend and where can i get it from? Thanks.

I removed your link m8 as some peple are paying for advertising on the board and its not really fair to them to have direct links to products for other companies for free...

Im sure with a quick google search on your product people will find the same link you posted anyhow ;)

I used to use a lot of supplements and spent a lot of cash on them. Then I decided to change my diet to more solid / proper foods and cut out the supplements.

I still think they have their place in training, but without proper diet in the first place supps are not gonna make that much of a difference.

Take a look at my diet in my sig and base something on that...

I think you will use the same calories as me based on your build the last time I saw you.

Yeh thats a good diet, its pretty much what i eat, loads of tuna, chicken etc. I don't eat as much as you though, im trying to lose weight at the moment, got myself down from 16stone to 15.5, looking to lose another half a stone atleast. I've never been fussed on taking supplements, this one just caught my eye because i need to lose body fat, but if you say its just as good to improving/changing you diet then that'll do for me. What are you aiming towards? bulk? definition?

Im 15st 2lb now, the heaviest I have ever been. I need to start concentrating on loosing bodyfat because at present I would say I am approx 15% and I want to be 8% - 10% asap...

Thing is, I dont really want to loose weight so I keep as much strength as possible :)

I am just to lazy to do cardio in the gym so my own fault!

I basically work no the basis of lifting heavy with low reps...

A lot of people think that getting ripped is down to the way you train, whn in reality its down to cardio and diet...

Lifting weights, however you do it providing you are using enough resistance with make you muscles grow. You then need to remove the bodyfat for them to show on the surface :)
